Arch Capital Services LLC in Connecticut is seeking an experienced IT finance professional to track IT expenses, allocate costs, and support budgeting processes for global IT operations.

The role partners with IT leadership and Finance to prepare reports, analyze spend, and assist with accruals and journal entries, while leveraging BI tools and GAAP guidelines to improve accuracy and forecasting.

Competenze

• BS in Finance, Accounting or Data Analytics
• 5–7 years of experience analyzing and forecasting IT spend
• Experience in Insurance or Technology industry helpful
• Experience with Agile IT Frameworks preferred
• Experience with global outsourcing functions – external or internal/owned preferred

Mansioni

• Track IT expenses across Arch Capital Group, including allocations and internal charges
• Partner with IT leadership to understand projects and assist budgeting
• Liaise between IT and Finance for communication
• Prepare IT expense tracker and management reports for IT Steering Committee
• Assist in cost benefit analyses of large expenditures
• Manage IT accruals and journal entries for IT cost centers
• Review and code invoices for IT expenses
• Support IT metrics and fixed asset records
• Contribute to quarterly variance analyses and ad hoc reports
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and presentations for stakeholders including Technology, Product, Business Operations
