Job summary

Arch Capital is seeking an IT Financial Analyst to track IT expenses, work with IT leadership on budgeting, and maintain detailed cost trackers across IT cost centers. You will liaise between IT and Finance to ensure accurate reporting and contribute to quarterly variance analyses.

The role requires strong Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tool proficiency, with experience in GAAP reporting and IT cost modeling in a global, fast-paced environment. Insurance/tech exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Finance, Accounting or Data Analytics.
• 5–7 years of experience analyzing and forecasting IT spend.
• Experience in Insurance or Technology industry helpful but not required.
• Experience with Agile IT Frameworks preferred.
• Experience with global outsourcing functions—external or internal/owned.

Responsibilities

• Track IT expenses for Arch Capital Group, including segment allocations and internal charges.
• Partner with IT leadership to understand projects and assist with budgeting.
• Liaise between IT and Finance to ensure open communication.
• Prepare and maintain IT expense tracker and reports for IT Steering Committee versus budget.
• Assist cost allocation reports and IT metric updates for allocations.
