Job summary

American Jewish University seeks a Director of Information Technology & Enterprise Systems to lead the technology strategy, governance, and enterprise applications across the university. You will oversee an MSP, cybersecurity initiatives, and vendor management while guiding system integrations, reporting, and automation to boost institutional effectiveness.

The role partners with executive leadership to align technology with strategy, ensuring security, reliability, and an exceptional user

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a tech or business field; seven+ years of IT/enterprise experience.
• Experience leading technology transformations and enterprise software initiatives.
• Experience managing technology vendors or outsourced services; security partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for technology roadmap and governance.
• Oversee MSP relationship, vendor performance, and project delivery.
• Lead cybersecurity strategy with external partners and incident response.
• Oversee enterprise systems (CRM, HR, financials, LMS, events) and integrations.
• Partner with HubSpot Admin; prioritize requests and ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage technology projects, cloud migrations, and process improvements.
• Communicate with executive leadership on risks, priorities, and benefits.
