Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; minimum six years of relevant IT experience.
• Ability to communicate in American Sign Language.
• Master’s degree preferred; experience in higher education.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; knowledge of data security standards.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements a university-wide IT strategy aligned with priorities.
• Supervises staff, manages budgets, and oversees vendor contracts.
• Maintains cybersecurity program and disaster recovery planning.
• Leads data governance, analytics, and responsible AI governance.
• Oversees enterprise applications and modernization efforts.
• Ensures accessibility and supports instructional technologies.
