Job summary

Veritas Search Group is seeking a Business Systems Administrator in Irvine, CA to bridge IT and business teams, owning enterprise application governance and optimization. You’ll partner with leadership, vendors, and functional groups to align technology with operational goals and resolve complex issues.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of enterprise application experience, familiarity with HRIS/EHR/ERP environments, and strong communication across technical and executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting or managing enterprise applications.
• Experience with SaaS and enterprise platforms (HRIS, ERP, EHR, finance, Revenue Cycle, workflow).
• Healthcare industry experience, Revenue Cycle understanding including billing and remittance workflows.
• Experience with access, permissions, troubleshooting, documentation, vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT for assigned enterprise applications.
• Own application administration, access and permissions, optimization, governance, vendor coordination, and lifecycle management.
• Partner with business teams to understand workflows and identify process improvements.
• Provide advanced application support, root-cause analysis, and coordinate with vendors to resolve issues.
• Evaluate changes for downstream impacts across multiple business functions.
• Lead or support upgrades, testing, release management and implementation activities.
• Establish and improve standards for administration, governance, and support.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding issues, priorities, and next steps.
