Job summary

LeoForce in Irvine, CA seeks a Permanent Senior Director of IT, Applications to lead strategic planning and execution of IT applications, ensuring alignment with company goals. You will manage a high-performing team and oversee enterprise systems, including CRM and BI tools, while driving security and efficiency across IT services.

The role requires strong leadership, vendor management, and governance experience, with a focus on delivering innovative software solutions and robust IT security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior IT management role.
• Proven experience in IT strategic planning, organization, and development.
• In-depth knowledge of Office 365, CRM, business intelligence, data analytics and other enterprise systems.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a high-performing team.
• Excellent vendor management skills with a track record of managing suppliers and contracts.
• Experience with IT governance and risk management.
• Knowledge of implementing and managing information security systems.
• Strong project management skills to lead complex IT projects.
• Exceptional communication skills with ability to explain IT concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge and experience in artificial intelligence and software development is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the strategic IT roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Oversee management of all IT applications including Office 365, BI tools, CRM and other systems.
• Lead design, development, and deployment of new software applications to enhance operations.
• Ensure security of IT applications through robust information security policies.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts and ensure quality delivery.
• Lead and develop a high-performing IT team and provide training.
• Oversee end-user services including help desk and IT support.
• Monitor IT performance for cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
• Ensure service delivery through SLAs and system monitoring.
• Stay updated with latest tech trends and implement new technologies as needed.
