Job summary

Balt Group is seeking a driven IT Business Systems Manager/Owner in Irvine to lead delivering, configuring, and evolving core business software applications. This hands-on role requires deep system knowledge, roadmap ownership, and collaboration with internal and external technical teams to meet stakeholder needs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT Project Management, Product Management, or Business Systems Analysis.
• 2-3+ full-cycle enterprise software implementations (ERP, CRM, QMS, HRIS) serving as Lead Systems Analyst / Product Manager / Technical Project Lead.
• Strong background as a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) or Technical Analyst is required.

Responsibilities

• Own the IT solutions within your assigned business area and align stakeholders with tech initiatives.
• Design solution workflows and lead cross-functional development, vendor, and support teams.
• Translate business requirements into prioritized product backlogs and actionable technical roadmaps.
• Document functional specs, user stories, data mappings, and business processes.
• Direct third-party implementation partners and SaaS vendors to meet requirements, budgets, and timelines.
