Lancaster-County-Water- seeks an Information Technology (IT) Director responsible for strategic planning, implementation, operation, security, and management of all IT systems supporting LCWSD operations.

The role oversees technical support, onboarding, device deployment, network operations, and cyber security, coordinating with SLED and third‑party vendors as needed. A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of IT leadership preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience administering information systems and technology.
• Professional certifications and technical training preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for PCs, monitors, printers, phones, and mobile devices.
• Track and close IT requests with timely resolution.
• Create user accounts, access badges and keys during onboarding.
• Plan, procure, deploy, and refresh PCs on a scheduled cycle.
• Manage mobile devices and VPN software for SCADA and MFA.
• Maintain Office 365 and device accounts; install and configure business apps.
• Oversee network operations, troubleshoot connectivity, and coordinate with vendors.
• Ensure security certificates and maintenance agreements are in place.
• Review and renew vendor contracts for technology.
