The role oversees IT operations, budgeting, vendor relationships, and disaster recovery, delivering scalable technology for a design and architecture firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/architecture-related field must have.
• 8+ years of progressive IT experience across strategy, operations and security.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing an IT team or department.
• Experience developing IT strategies, technology roadmaps and governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an IT strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead IT team and set priorities, coach and develop staff.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, cloud, devices and software.
• Maintain cybersecurity strategy, policies and access controls.
• Manage data, integrations, backups, and disaster recovery.
• Coordinate IT budgets, vendor negotiations and procurement.
• Ensure IT service delivery and support excellence across the org.
