Job summary

Patrick Industries is seeking an IT Senior Director, Strategy & Operations to lead the IT function's strategic direction, governance, and operating maturity at a company-wide level. The role focuses on M&A integration, portfolio governance, and vendor management while shaping enterprise IT capabilities.

This senior leader will drive organizational change, collaborate with cross-functional leaders, and design scalable IT programs that enable growth and resilience across manufacturing and services

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 12+ years of IT experience with 8+ years in leadership roles (IT strategy, portfolio management, M&A integration, or vendor management).
• Demonstrated experience standing up/vendor management for IT initiatives and complex integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT strategy, governance, and operating models across the enterprise.
• Drive end-to-end IT integration for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
• Build and lead a Vendor Management Office and enterprise vendor governance.
