Job summary

Patrick Industries is seeking an IT Manager, Vendor and Contracts to lead the Vendor Management Office in Elkhart, Indiana. You will own contract lifecycle management, vendor performance tracking, and strategic vendor relationships to ensure terms, SLAs, and cost efficiency across Patrick IT.

The role requires extensive experience with contract management and procurement in a multi-site or leading manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field is required.
• 7+ years of IT or procurement experience are required.
• 3+ years of vendor relationship and contract lifecycle management experience preferred.
• Experience with contract management systems and vendor performance tracking tools is required.
• Manufacturing or industrial sector experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end contract lifecycle for Patrick IT vendors, including drafting and renewal tracking.
• Maintain centralized contract repository with terms, renewal dates, pricing, and obligations.
• Standardize templates and clauses with Legal to reduce cycle time and risk.
• Track renewal timelines to avoid auto-renewals or coverage gaps.
• Ensure terms are reflected in downstream systems for asset and financial tracking.
• Establish and maintain the vendor portfolio and executive-level relationships.
• Lead regular business reviews and relationship health checks with vendors.
• Manage day-to-day vendor relationships as the primary contact.
• Administer vendor performance scorecards, SLAs, and business review cadences.
• Monitor performance against obligations and elevate issues.
• Coordinate remediation with underperforming vendors and onboarding/offboarding per policy.
• Support sourcing events, RFPs, and competitive bids.
