Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 12+ years of relevant IT experience.
• 8+ years of leadership in IT strategy, portfolio management, M&A integration, or vendor management.
• Experience standing up a Vendor Management Office.
• Proven track record leading IT due diligence and integration for mergers and acquisitions.
• Manufacturing or industrial sector experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT strategy across enterprise pillars and operating rhythms.
• Direct IT due diligence, Day 1 readiness, and post-close integration for M&A.
• Build and lead Patrick IT Vendor Management Office.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, Cybersecurity, and business units to align integration plans.
• Define governance, roadmaps, and metrics for IT portfolio health.
• Drive cost optimization and vendor negotiations to maximize ROI.
