Job summary

GGRM Law Firm in Las Vegas is seeking an IT Director to own technology strategy, governance, and execution. You will report to the COO, set the roadmap and IT budget, and manage vendor relationships to support our mission of helping injured Nevadans.

The role requires leading an IT Manager, Data Specialist, and Software Dev Specialist, with responsibilities spanning security, continuity, and platform migrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of progressive IT experience, including 3+ years leading IT teams with hiring, performance management, and budgets.
• Strong executive communication skills: able to explain technical decisions to non-technical leadership.
• Experience working on-site at the Las Vegas headquarters.
• Familiarity with ITIL, Scrum/Agile, or comparable IT service management frameworks in leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Own the Firm-wide technology roadmap and IT budget, including vendor management.
• Set IT policies, standards, and governance across the organization.
• Oversee security, business continuity, and disaster recovery planning.
• Lead IT Manager, Data Specialist, and Software Dev Specialist; manage cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with executives and attorneys on technology opportunities and risks, including AI adoption.
• Oversee platform migrations, data platform buildout, and internal application development.
