Job summary

GGRM Law Firm in Las Vegas is seeking an IT Director to own technology strategy, governance and execution. You will set the technology roadmap, manage the IT budget and vendor portfolio, govern security and business continuity, and deliver results through a tightly-run IT department.

The role requires 8+ years of IT experience including 3+ years leading IT teams, proven SDLC/Agile delivery, strong executive communication, and the ability to work on-site with attorneys and executives to advance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years IT experience with at least 3 years leading IT teams.
• Direct experience leading or sponsoring software development with an SDLC/Agile delivery framework.

Responsibilities

• Own the Firm-wide technology roadmap and multi-quarter IT plans.
• Manage IT budget, vendor portfolio, and contracts.
• Oversee security, business continuity, and incident response readiness.
• Lead IT Manager, Data Specialist, and Software Dev Specialist teams.
• Collaborate with COO and leadership on technology opportunities and risks.
