Job summary

GGRM Law Firm, Nevada's premier injury firm, seeks an IT Director to own technology strategy and governance. You’ll lead an IT Manager, data analytics, and software development to support legal professionals and clients.

You will drive architecture, security, and continuity while partnering with executives and attorneys. The role is on-site at the Las Vegas headquarters with a flexible arrival window.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years progressively responsible IT experience, incl. 3+ years leading IT teams with hiring/budget responsibilities.
• Direct experience leading/sponsoring a software dev team with SDLC/Agile (Scrum/Kanban).
• Ownership of IT strategy, vendor relationships, and project portfolio at department level.
• Fluency in ITIL/Scrum/Agile or similar ITSM frameworks, in a leadership role.
• Strong executive communication to explain tech decisions, risk, and spend to non‑tech leadership.
• Ability to work fully on-site at Las Vegas headquarters.
• Nevada driver’s license, insurance, and driving record proof.
• Commitment to client confidentiality and firm policies.

Responsibilities

• Own the Firm-wide technology roadmap and budget planning.
• Set IT policies, standards, and governance across the firm.
• Advise leadership on AI adoption, automation, and data strategy.
• Oversee IT budget forecasting, licensing, infrastructure, and services.
• Evaluate build-versus-buy and renew-versus-replace decisions in business terms.
• Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations for tech stack.
• Oversee the IT project portfolio and agile delivery in Azure DevOps.
• Sponsor major platform migrations and data platform buildouts.
• Ensure cybersecurity posture and disaster recovery across offices.
• Develop and coach IT management and data analytics teams.
• Supervise data analytics (Power BI on Snowflake) and internal dev.
• Ensure policy compliance and participate in leadership meetings.
