You will guide a small IT team and partner with engineering, research, manufacturing, and facilities to build scalable, secure systems across a fast-moving organization.

The role emphasizes long-term planning with hands-on leadership, strong collaboration, and the ability to balance speed, usability, and security.

Qualifications

• Leading or scaling IT operations in a fast-moving technical organization.
• Strong understanding of identity and access management, endpoint management, networking, collaboration platforms, and security practices.
• Experience partnering with engineering, research, manufacturing, or operations teams.
• Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks such as NIST 800-171, CMMC, SOC 2, ISO 27001, ITAR.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution of the company's IT systems, processes, and internal technology capabilities as the company grows.
• Manage and mentor a small IT team responsible for corporate IT, operational support, endpoint management, and security operations.
• Develop and communicate a long-term IT strategy in alignment with regulatory and security requirements.
• Partner with engineering, research, manufacturing, facilities, and operations to enable reliable, secure workflows.
• Oversee IT operations including onboarding/offboarding, collaboration platforms, networking, AV systems, and documentation.
