Job summary

Aradius Group in Omaha, Nebraska, seeks a strategic, hands-on Director of IT to lead the technology roadmap, strengthen systems, and drive automation across the business. This role partners with the MSP and department leaders to ensure secure, reliable platforms and measurable improvements in workflows, reporting, and data governance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive IT leadership experience
• Experience with MSP/vendor-managed IT environments
• Experience automating workflows and integrating systems (MIS, ERP/MIS, CRM, Microsoft 365)

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the company''s technology strategy aligned with business goals and priorities
• Partner with department leaders to identify workflow challenges and automation opportunities
• Manage MSP relationship to ensure infrastructure, security, and service levels meet needs
• Oversee vendors, contracts, and system partnerships, defining ownership and accountability
• Lead automation and business systems initiatives connecting people, processes, apps, and data
• Design and support integrations across core platforms (MIS, accounting, CRM, ERP, reporting)
• Identify and eliminate manual processes via automation, dashboards, and AI-enabled tools
• Oversee technology governance, documentation, access, change management, and data integrity
• Drive HITRUST, SOC 2, and HIPAA compliance efforts and support customer/vendor needs
• Collaborate with MSP on cybersecurity, DR/BC planning, and lifecycle management
• Lead cross-functional tech projects from planning to adoption and long-term success
• Provide leadership visibility into IT performance, risks, and efficiency improvements
