Job summary

ASP Global, LLC is seeking an Information Technology Director to lead strategic IT initiatives and day-to-day operations. You will shape the IT strategy, oversee ERP systems (P21), and align technology with manufacturing and distribution goals across the organization.

Lead cross-functional teams, manage vendor relationships, and define SLAs while driving security, networking, and data integrity. Strong leadership and communication are essential for executive collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of IT operations experience.
• Experience with Epicor P21 ERP system and Salesforce ecosystem.
• Proven ability to define IT strategy and roadmap.
• Experience in global distribution or manufacturing settings preferred.
• Strong knowledge of security, networking, databases, and phone systems.
• Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead definition of IT strategy, architecture, processes, and roadmap.
• Provide direction in key systems areas including warehouse management.
• Oversee ERP system (P21) changes and vendor management.
• Partner with business leaders to drive technology changes.
• Define IT SLAs and onboard users to tools and security practices.
