Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an M&A IT Diligence Manager in Atlanta to guide clients through IT diligence in M&A transactions, focusing on IT risk, cost modeling, and value creation. You will lead discussions, synthesize data, and present findings to senior stakeholders while coordinating a team of specialists.

The role requires 6+ years in IT diligence across IT orgs, processes, apps, infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity, with strong communication and project leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 6+ years IT experience across multiple areas: IT organization, processes, applications, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity.
• 6+ years synthesizing data and presenting assessment findings for M&A transactions or diligence.
• 5+ years presenting findings in verbal and written formats during diligence efforts.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT diligence discussions with client and target stakeholders across IT orgs, apps, infra, cloud and security.
• Identify IT risks, technical debt, maturity gaps, costs and value opportunities; advise on actions for deal and post-merger steps.
• Analyze IT cost and data; develop cost estimates, synergy analyses, and contract assessments.
• Create and oversee diligence work products, including agendas, data requests, interview guides and roadmaps.
• Present findings to executive clients, coordinate subject matter experts, and lead delivery teams.
• Develop scope statements, pricing estimates, support proposals and contribute to recruiting and practice know-how.
