• Proven ability to present findings in verbal, written, and analytical formats.
• Track record delivering multiple IT due diligence projects for clients.
• Willingness to travel ~50% and ability to work across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead M&A IT diligence discussions with client and target-company stakeholders.
• Identify IT risks, technical debt, maturity gaps, costs, and value-creation opportunities.
• Analyze IT cost and financial data, develop cost estimates and synergy analyses.
• Create and oversee diligence deliverables, agendas, data requests, and roadmaps.
• Present findings to executives and coordinate subject-matter experts and teams.
• Support proposal development, pricing estimates, and team coaching.
