Job summary

Agility Partners is seeking an IT Service Delivery Manager for a major financial services client. You will lead modernization efforts, cloud migration, and platform improvements, guiding end-to-end delivery and ensuring reliability, security, and regulatory readiness.

You will collaborate with architecture, cybersecurity, SRE, risk, and business teams, build and lead engineering squads, manage incidents, and communicate strategy and risks to executives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical roles with 3+ years leading software teams.
• Hands-on with React, Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and GCP.
• Experience modernizing monoliths to microservices and cloud-native platforms.
• Strong security, risk, and regulatory readiness knowledge.
• Excellent communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute modernization, cloud migration, and platform roadmaps.
• Lead end-to-end technology delivery, releases, and production readiness.
• Partner with architecture, cybersecurity, SRE, risk, and business teams.
• Build and lead engineering teams, drive resiliency and automation.
• Oversee production support and incident management for critical apps.
• Communicate strategy, progress, and risks to executives.
