Job summary

New England Village seeks a Director of Information Technology to lead technology strategy and execution from Pembroke, MA. This senior role directs cybersecurity, information governance, data reporting, and digital transformation across programs and administrative functions.

You will collaborate with leadership, staff, system owners, and external partners to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient technology that supports mission-driven services and continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-style degree in IT/IS/CS/Business preferred.
• 7–10 years of progressively responsible IT leadership experience.
• Experience leading technology modernization and cloud-based collaboration initiatives.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, privacy, information governance, and regulatory expectations (HIPAA/HITECH where applicable).
• Experience working with internal stakeholders across a multi-site organization and with external technology partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of a multiyear technology strategy and roadmap.
• Serve as strategic advisor to executive leadership on opportunities, investments, risks, and trends.
• Oversee data reporting, dashboards, and organizational insight initiatives.
• Direct information governance, cybersecurity and risk management programs.
• Coordinate with external partners to ensure reliable, secure technology services.
