Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in procurement, including IT software sourcing.
• Experience with software licensing and SaaS contract models.
• Ability to identify problematic clauses in contracts.
• Experience negotiating software, SaaS, and services contracts independently.
• Experience managing routine renewals end to end.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze IT software contracts for renewals, price escalations, and savings opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end renewal pipeline management and notify stakeholders.
• Negotiate terms with vendors, applying market pricing and benchmarking.
• Manage vendor communications during negotiations and renewals.
• Perform spend analysis and research alternative solutions for cost optimization.
• Support RFP processes and maintain contract repositories.
• Generate procurement metrics and ensure policy compliance.
