Job summary

DMI is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead a legislative OCIO Directional Plan refresh and five-year roadmap. You will drive strategic IT planning, organizational analysis, and stakeholder facilitation across the OCIO and cross-OCIO teams.

You will manage the work plan, produce reports, and develop communications and roadmaps aligned to the Library's strategy. Strong leadership and PM experience with government projects are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in IT, Business Admin, Public Admin or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage project work plan with milestones and resources across the contract period.
• Provide weekly status reports on progress, risks, and next steps.
• Design and facilitate planning sessions with OCIO leadership and cross-OCIO groups.
• Develop session guides, objectives, agendas, and materials.
• Perform environmental and organizational analysis including SWOT.
• Produce actionable Directional Plan recommendations and roadmap outcomes.
• Develop communications materials and draft memoranda for plan updates.
• Maintain version-controlled documentation in a shared repository.
