E-Logic Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee all contract administration and project management activities for the OESE IT CPIC Support Services contract. The PM will manage day-to-day contract activities, including phase-in/phase-out planning, project management support, bi-weekly status meetings, and monthly progress reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience supporting IT or technology-related initiatives.
• Experience supporting government, public sector, or federal agency projects is highly preferred.
• PMP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of all contract activities.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, work plans, and resource allocation plans.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Identify, track, and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
• Coordinate activities across cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and executive briefings.
• Support capital planning initiatives, roadmap execution, and governance activities.
• Oversee phase-in and phase-out planning in accordance with contract requirements.
