Job summary

StratasCorp seeks a Sr. Technical Strategy Analyst in Washington, DC to support the Program Director and Deputy Director on a major DoD acquisition program.

You will blend technical research with executive-level strategy and roadmapping for enterprise IT initiatives. You will analyze technology trends, synthesize complex IT data into clear insights, and coordinate with engineering, cybersecurity, operations, and management teams in a fast-paced CAG environment.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance
• 7+ years in strategy analysis, digital transformation, or enterprise technology
• Ability to synthesize complex technical and mission information into concise insights
• Experience preparing executive-level briefs, reports, and visualizations
• Collaborative work with technical, operational, and leadership stakeholders
• Ability to work in classified environments and handle sensitive information

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis on technology trends, capability gaps, and mission requirements for enterprise IT environments.
• Evaluate emerging IT capabilities (cloud, Zero Trust, DevSecOps, automation) for relevance to the program.
• Develop summaries, insights, and recommendations for the Program Director's strategic direction.
• Assist in multi-year enterprise IT roadmaps, sequencing, dependencies, milestones.
• Maintain strategy artifacts (papers, briefs, IT vision, alignment frameworks).
• Support integration of technical strategy with engineering, cybersecurity, operations, and program management workstreams.
• Prepare executive-level briefs and presentations for leadership evaluation.
