Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in program management or strategic execution, Scrum Master or Agile Coach experience, and strong communication. The role emphasizes integrity, care, and excellence in delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in program management, operations, or strategic execution.
• Experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted thought partner to IT leadership and stakeholders.
• Lead strategic initiatives, projects, and transformations.
• Participate in budget planning, forecasting, and contract negotiation.
• Document and improve operational processes to enhance teamwork.
• Represent IT leadership in cross-functional meetings and ensure action follow-through.
• Build relationships with department leaders and key stakeholders.
• Conduct data analysis to support strategic planning.
• Organize leadership meetings and plan sessions, including budget/resource allocation.
• Coordinate hiring processes between Resource Managers, HR, and IT leadership.
• Act with integrity, caring, and excellence to achieve win-win outcomes.
