Job summary

Frost is seeking a Product Manager I to define and own the product strategy for an area within our banking services. You will partner with stakeholders to shape vision and prioritize roadmaps that drive sales growth and enablement across Banking, Investments, and Insurance.

You will lead with integrity, care, and excellence as you translate business needs into practical, customer‑driven solutions, leveraging Salesforce and Agile practices to deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in CS, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of product management experience delivering complex products/services.
• 3+ years of Salesforce experience.
• Proven ability to perform cost analysis, identify KPIs, and build financially sound strategies.
• Extensive experience with Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
• Advanced knowledge of banking operations and financial solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the product management team and stakeholders to create and maintain a product vision and prioritized roadmap for sales growth and enablement across Banking, Investments, and Insurance.
• Work with support teams to understand solution architecture, operational impacts, and ensure solutions meet stakeholder requirements.
• Communicate product features to management and stakeholders.
