Job summary

Wanzl North America (WNA) is seeking a Project Manager, IT & Business Systems to lead IT, reporting, and process-improvement initiatives. You will plan, coordinate schedules, manage budgets, and drive measurable business value across SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Power BI, and Microsoft 365 environments.

Location at WNA corporate HQ in Denver, NC with frequent travel to Plant 1, Newton, NC. Strong collaboration with Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance is required.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of project management experience, ideally with an Information Technology, business systems, manufacturing, or ERP focus.
• PMP certification or formal project management training preferred.
• Experience managing SAP S/4HANA Cloud and ERP systems.
• Experience with Power BI reporting, dashboard development, and data validation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT, business systems, reporting, and process improvement projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource plans to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate internal teams, stakeholders, consultants, and partners for project progress.
• Monitor schedules, risks, issues, costs, and resources; escalate when needed.
• Prepare documentation: plans, status reports, logs, risk registers, notes, updates.
• Facilitate meetings, discovery sessions, requirements reviews, and workshops.
