Job summary

Wanzl North America is seeking an experienced Project Manager, IT & Business Systems to lead cross‑functional initiatives across SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Power BI, and Microsoft 365. You will plan, schedule, manage budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications to deliver measurable business value from IT and systems projects in Denver, NC with travel to Plant 1, Newton, NC.

The role partners with Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, Product Management, and IT to translate requirements into actionable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• PMP certification or formal project management training preferred.
• Experience managing multiple IT/business systems projects with competing priorities.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Cloud and Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT and business systems projects from initiation to delivery.
• Develop plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
• Monitor risks, issues, costs, and progress; provide updates to leadership.
• Support SAP S/4HANA Cloud and Power BI initiatives and adoption.
• Ensure data accuracy, reporting visibility, and governance for BI content.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, testing, training, and post‑go‑live support.
• Communicate project status and value to business leaders.
