Job summary

The Boeing Company is seeking a Mid-Level Information Technology (IT) Business Partner to join the team in Berkeley, MO or Hazelwood, MO. This role collaborates with a large matrixed team to align IT resources with business initiatives and to deploy effective IT solutions.

The IT BP leads with partner and government teams to ensure secure, compliant deployments across multiple locations, managing day-to-day tasks and strategic vision.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working in cross-functional teams.
• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• 3+ years of experience communicating to employees, customers, peers and multiple levels of leadership.
• Ability to obtain access to SAP.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a liaison between business functions, IT, and related organizations to align priorities and business objectives.
• Educates business partners on IT service offerings.
• Partners with business stakeholders to define needs, engage the right IT resources, and deliver effective solutions with first-time quality.
• Develops and manages communication plans, including leadership and stakeholder status updates.
• Identifies risks and impacts, and coordinates mitigation plans and commitment changes with business partners.
• Provides input and lessons learned to improve IT processes, tools, and quality management practices.
• Tracks funding, spending, and affordability for assigned business units or functions.
