Job summary

The Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a Business Relationship Manager (BRM) to be the primary IT interface for one or more business functions. You will govern the portfolio, formulate technology initiatives, develop business cases, and manage initiative-level financials while providing executive reporting.

You’ll work in a flexible hybrid schedule with two in-office days and three from home, collaborating with IT and business leaders to drive value realization and portfolio health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, business or related field required.
• 5+ years in information technology with portfolio management or IT financial planning.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to present to executives.
• Experience with budgeting, finance tracking, and governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Business Partnering with assigned leadership teams to surface demand and align initiatives.
• Translate goals and opportunities into actionable technology initiatives aligned with the enterprise roadmap.
• Lead end-to-end business case creation and manage initiative budgets monthly.
• Maintain a prioritized portfolio backlog and coordinate with BRMs to align sequencing.
• Prepare and present portfolio status updates for ELT SteerCo and governance forums.
