Job summary

Golden Star Technology Inc. (GST) seeks a driven Technology Sales Account Executive to generate new business and grow existing accounts in IT and AV services, hardware, and enterprise solutions.

The ideal candidate is skilled in sales strategy, business development, client engagement, and communication. The successful candidate will own prospecting, pipeline development, pricing strategies, and customer engagements, presenting GST's technology roadmaps to executives and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of field sales experience in IT, AV, or a related technology environment.
• Proven success selling complex IT/AV solutions to commercial or enterprise customers.
• Hands-on experience pricing hardware, software, and services with upselling and margin management.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage your own book of business with prospecting, pipeline development, and forecasting.
• Drive revenue and margin through pricing, upselling, and discount strategies.
• Create account strategies aligning customer goals with GST's IT and AV solutions.
