You will plan, manage, and deliver acquisition processes, templates, and executive communications while ensuring cross-team alignment and staffing. The role emphasizes project execution, QA of deliverables, and trusted advisory support to government acquisition leadership.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and 10+ years of relevant experience in management consulting or federal acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client and stakeholder relationships; advise senior government acquisition office leadership on strategic initiatives.
• Ensure strategic alignment and collaboration across acquisitions across sub-teams.
• Lead the creation and maintenance of leadership briefing decks, templates, SOPs, and fact sheets.
• Develop and present innovative solutions to complex challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• Coordinate approval of government briefings to communicate complex topics to internal and external audiences.
• Improve quality and reduce risk through review of team materials and deliverables.
• Research and gather data to identify themes and opportunities for new processes and tools.
• Drive operational efficiencies and organizational effectiveness through process improvements.
• Develop and facilitate requirements documentation and tracking with stakeholders.
• Provide meeting planning, facilitation, and follow-up actions.
