Job summary

Integris is seeking a Strategic Account Advisor to act as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of clients. You will deliver strategic consultative services to improve IT experience, productivity, and security while coordinating with the technical team for optimal service delivery.

You will lead strategic reviews, monitor client satisfaction, and guide discussions on budgets, SLAs, and technology strategy to maximize value and trust.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in customer success or account management roles.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for Integris' clients and cultivate positive relationships.
• Provide strategic consultative services to enhance clients' IT experience, productivity, and security; collaborate with the team.
• Facilitate strategic business reviews to align technology strategy, budgets, and metrics.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and manage client satisfaction within the team.
• Oversee all client communications, including updates and VIP interactions.
• Collaborate with the technical team to analyze outputs and recommend operational adjustments.
• Promote revenue growth by aligning products and services with client needs.
