Responsibilities

• Serve as key contact for Together's equity investors
• Lead fundraising processes with CFO and CEO, including data room and diligence
• Develop and sharpen investment narrative tying technology to long-term thesis
• Build reporting cadence and packages for equity investors
• Advise leadership on investor sentiment and market expectations
• Develop view of shareholder base and lead outreach
• Prepare leadership for investor and board conversations
• Track AI, cloud infra trends and translate into leadership insight
