Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• MBA, CFA, or equivalent advanced degree/designation preferred.
• Over 4 years of experience in investor relations, equity research, investment banking, corporate finance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of capital markets, corporate finance, accounting, and valuation methodologies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating executive-level presentations, investor materials, and strategic messaging.
• Ability to synthesize complex financial, industry, and market information into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Experience using Capital IQ, Ipreo, Bloomberg, FactSet, or similar platforms.
• Comfortable engaging with institutional investors, portfolio managers, sell-side analysts, and c-suites.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional client service and maintaining the highest professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary day-to-day Alpha contact for all assigned clients.
• Drive all strategic positioning strategies, materials and messaging for a basket of 6-8 publicly traded clients, ensuring quality, presentation and message resonance to Wall Street.
• Develop the strategic plan for clients’ overall investor relations programs under the direction of senior team members.
• Communicate with clients and internally manage a three-person team to service our client’s needs.
• Create earnings and investor presentations for clients.
• Lead introductory calls with prospective investors before engaging Management.
• Liaise with portfolio managers and provide feedback to our clients on Wall Street perceptions.
• Compose white paper research and editing on various market topics for client education and business development.
• Participate and contribute to sales pitches and broader marketing efforts.
• Be consistently proactive on accounts with new ideas.
• Be a career manager, and ensure that your team is tracking client’s appropriately, hitting deadlines, consistently learning and growing, etc.
