Job summary

ICR in the New York City metropolitan area is seeking a highly motivated Investor Relations Associate to join their Technology team in a hybrid role. The position focuses on executing client IR programs and offers meaningful growth opportunities.

Responsibilities include developing IR plans, drafting earnings-related materials, analyzing industry data, creating SEC-based reports, and managing relationships with analysts and institutional investors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of Equity Research, Capital Markets, Investor Relations or related experience.
• Experience in technology industry investor relations is a major plus.
• B.A./ B.S. or equivalent is required.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic investor relations plans including conference participation and company events.
• Prepare for quarterly earnings by drafting call scripts, press releases and coordinating logistics.
• Cover industry news and manage information flow to companies.
• Create analytical presentations and reports based on SEC filings and sell-side research.
• Author and revamp investor presentations.
• Engage with Wall Street at conferences and events.
• Support IPO processes and banker selection for clients.
• Maintain Excel models and databases, update earnings models.
