First Recruiting, LLC seeks an Associate to join its Investor Relations Team in Chicago, supporting Wealth Sales and Fundraising. You will develop product knowledge, prepare client materials, and manage communications across North America.

The ideal candidate has 1–2+ years in wealth management or similar roles, strong English communication, and proficiency with MS Office and Salesforce. This is a client-facing, detail-oriented position based in Chicago.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely delivery of standard and customized data and reporting requests.
• Support marketing efforts including RFPs and due diligence materials and day-to-day investor inquiries.
• Assist onboarding and subscription processes and engagement with third parties and administrators.
• Serve as a point person for the Investor Portal and CRM (Salesforce).

Our firm is actively seeking an Associate to join the Investor Relations Team in Chicago directly supporting the Wealth Sales and Fundraising Teams.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Develop and maintain strong knowledge of product offerings, industry trends, competitive landscape, and the universe of prospective and existing clients across North America
• Prepare and deliver customized client-facing materials in response to prospective and existing client requests
• Create existing and prospective client presentations, market updates, and other types of client related communications
• Ensure the timely delivery of standard and customized data & reporting requests
• Support the team with marketing efforts including RFPs and due diligence materials and day to day investor inquiries
• Supporting the onboarding and subscription process (including transfers) and engagement with third parties & administrators where appropriate
• Serve as one of the point person for the Investor Portal (access to investor portal, data entry) and CRM (Salesforce, including updating client records, tracking opportunities and recording meeting notes)

Requirements:

• Experience in private markets, preferably in a client-facing role.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• 1-2+ years’ professional experience, ideally within wealth management or other client-facing roles
• Ability to synthesize complex information and prepare technical materials in a timely manner.
• Exceptional attention to detail, highly organized and able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Expert knowledge of MS Office Suite products (i.e. Excel, Powerpoint).
• Fluency with proprietary databases and software systems, including CRM database systems, ideally Salesforce.
• Graduated from a top-tier undergraduate university, ideally with a business focus.
