Hybrid work in Chicago four days a week; bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field with GPA 3.0+ and 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and related software is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business-related field required.
• Relevant internship experience or 1–2 years of related experience preferred.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Word; ability to learn other software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for wealth investors, financial advisors and platforms on day-to-day inquiries.
• Respond to investor requests regarding capital activity, statements, tax documents and fund performance.
• Liaise with investors, transfer agents on subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, capital calls and distributions.
• Reconcile investor records between internal systems and third-party administrators.
• Track discrepancies in investor data, NAV statements and capital activity.
• Monitor subscription and redemption cycles to meet deadlines across fund vehicles.
• Assist advisors and investors navigating the portal and escalate technical issues as needed.
• Develop marketing materials for investors and provide updated performance data to existing and potential investors.
• Prepare quarterly updates for Monroe’s current investors and assist with DDQ/RFP responses.
