Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior administrative experience required.
• Preferred: Series 7/66 license or licensed within 6 months to advance to Investments Relationship Specialist II.
• Associate degree and a minimum of one-year administrative experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in financial services industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Onboards new account clients into CRM and follows proper procedures.
• Follows up with clients on transfers, rollovers, checks, and delivery requirements.
• Schedules and organizes appointments for clients and prospective clients with Advisors.
• Assists Advisors in identifying relationship opportunities.
• Meets with clients to accept unsolicited trades or instructions when Advisors are unavailable.
• Creates and maintains marketing materials with the Marketing department and distributes to branches.
• Coordinates seminars, events, and client appreciation activities.
• Prepares for and coordinates department meetings; takes minutes.
• Tracks referrals and reports to HR for bonuses.
• Performs other related administrative, operational, and clerical duties.
• Maintains regular, reliable attendance.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

1 year administrative experience

Associate degree (preferred)

Financial services industry experience (preferred)
