• MBA/Master's degree preferred for advanced responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead mid to executive-level client and supplier relationships to ensure satisfaction of our support teams.
• Lead sourcing and category management in the ingredients space.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align procurement decisions with product development timelines and regulatory constraints.
• Establish and deliver performance goals for a portfolio of categories with significant spend.
• Lead strategic sourcing projects and supplier selections, including negotiations and RFPs.
• Manage supplier relationships and conduct business reviews, serving as primary contact for performance and risk.
• Conduct risk assessments on commodities and suppliers with mitigation plans.
• Provide oversights on cost changes and budget related to the commodity market.
