Job summary

TireHub seeks a Replenishment Planner to manage inventory across multiple distribution centers, placing purchase orders with suppliers and handling special orders to maximize service levels. The role bridges Sales, Operations, and Planning to prevent stockouts and optimize stock levels.

The ideal candidate will optimize inventory health, analyze trends, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while based at TireHub's Dunwoody, GA headquarters. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in supply chain planning, inventory management, replenishment, or demand planning.
• Experience analyzing supplier performance, forecast accuracy, and inventory trends.

Responsibilities

• Optimize inventory levels to minimize excess while maximizing product availability.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to align inventory strategies with business goals.
• Lead cross-functional planning meetings to execute shared inventory and sales objectives.
• Create and manage purchase orders, including replenishment and special orders.
• Monitor inventory performance, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in replenishment processes.
