Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Economics, Finance, Analytics, Mathematics, or related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in inventory planning, replenishment, or related disciplines.
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing teams or projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with cross-functional initiatives in retail or distribution environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of IPR Analysts to achieve inventory targets.
• Own inventory performance: fill rate, turns, service levels, and availability.
• Develop and execute replenishment strategies aligned with demand and working capital goals.
• Partner with Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance, and Stores to drive decisions.
• Identify process improvements and implement best practices in planning.
