Bass Pro Shops seeks a Sr. Inventory and Replenishment Manager to optimize stock levels and ensure timely replenishment across merchandising, stores, and supply chain. This role drives inventory productivity, leads a team, and collaborates with vendors to maintain strong supply continuity.

Responsibilities include policy creation, analytics-led decision making, and cross-functional project leadership, with a focus on reducing stock-outs and excess inventory while supporting financial targets.

• Demonstrated ability to lead leaders and manage large teams.
• Advanced analytical skills and experience with data tools (Excel, Power BI).
• Financial acumen with understanding of working capital, inventory productivity, margin, and sales metrics.
• Executive communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Drive inventory productivity metrics: turns, weeks of supply, in-stock performance, aging inventory and working capital.
• Create replenishment policies based on forecasts and lead times.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve disruptions.
• Optimize reorder points and safety stock levels for all SKUs.
• Partner with demand forecasting and inventory planning for seasonal promotions and growth.
• Develop vendor relationships and track performance/lead times.
