Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years of experience in inventory control or similar role.
• Ability to generate and analyze inventory reports.
• Strong communication with store leadership and staff.
• Comfort with price changes and inventory accuracy processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory integrity through on-demand cycle counts and adjustments.
• Reconcile variance reports and investigate discrepancies.
• Distribute price-change reports and implement adjustments as needed.
• Communicate issues and opportunities to Store Leadership for action.
• Assist customers and promote programs (CLUB, VOC, In-Store Pick-up).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
