Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to maintain accurate store inventory through on-demand counts and cycle counts. You will work with sales, receiving, and leadership to optimize replenishment while reducing shrink and enhancing the customer experience.

Responsibilities include reviewing variance reports, communicating issues to leadership, and generating detailed inventory analyses. A high school diploma and at least two years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Two years of experience in inventory control or similar role.
• Experience using inventory systems and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy with on-demand and cycle counts.
• Conduct inventory audits and adjustments; review variance reports.
• Communicate discrepancies and follow-up with leadership.
• Assist customers and support store operations with inventory needs.
• Generate and present inventory reports to management.
