Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in procurement and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate inventory levels and initiate purchase orders.
• Maintain procurement records including costs, ordering quantities, and lead times.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to address product quality and service issues.
• Engage in supplier performance reviews and root-cause analysis for corrective actions.
• Assist accounts payable with invoice discrepancies and pricing disputes.
• Travel to vendor meetings and branch locations as required.
