RPM SPG is seeking an Inventory Analyst in Tipp City, OH, to plan production and optimize packaging inventories. You will use SAP to view demand, manage safety stock, and drive on-time delivery across receiving, production, and shipping.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in business or 5+ years in supply chain with SAP and advanced Excel skills, and a track record in coordinating with vendors and internal teams to meet schedules.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business or 5 years equivalent work experience.
• 5–7 years of experience in supply chain/manufacturing.
• SAP experience is required.
• Proficient in PC/Microsoft applications and manufacturing processes.
• Supply chain, manufacturing and leadership skills are a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills required.

Aufgaben

• Determine production requirements through SAP to view demand, forecasts, safety stock and usage.
• Create production schedules and ensure execution from receiving to shipping.
• Coordinate new item numbers and packaging with corporate contacts and customers.
• Maintain weekly schedule adherence rates.
• Balance high volume runs with customer small batches.
• Input purchase orders and inventory adjustments into SAP.
• Manage inventory levels to meet production requirements.
• Research and resolve discrepancies with raw materials, WIP, packaging, and finished goods.
• Cycle counting and managing on-hand and on-order levels.
• Participate in S&OP meetings as needed.
• Attend vendor and customer meetings as required.
• Communicate monthly production demands to supervisors and managers.
