Silfab Solar is seeking an Inventory Control and Planning Specialist to lead inventory control across the organization. You will oversee stock accuracy, implement process improvements, and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure efficient supply chain operations at the Fort Mill site.

The role requires strong data analysis, forecasting, and ERP skills, with a focus on reducing discrepancies and optimizing inventory levels in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level education not required; but strong experience in inventory control is expected.
• Experience in warehousing and inventory management is required.
• Proficiency with ERP or inventory management software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory control team to optimize stock levels and reduce discrepancies.
• Train staff on inventory procedures and update processes as needed.
• Monitor procurement requests and inbound inventory accuracy; maintain records.
